POSTAGE AND PACKING / SHIPPING DETAILS

DUE TO BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS THERE MAYBE MORE DELAYED DELIVERIES.

We use DHL & Royal Mail, and from time to time over the past couple of weeks due to the snow ther has been days where orders have not been uplifted at the usual times.

We will ofcourse be in touch if there are delays with your order, if in dought please do not hesitate to get in touch!

PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS £50+ CAN ONLY BE SENT TO THE CARD HOLDER'S ADDRESS!

We try to dispatch goods by the following day!
But please allow up to 3 working days for orders to be processed, & goods to be dispatched!

Default shipping option:

1-2 Days 1st class post or DHL courier (Uk Main land only).
  • >0.25kg = £2.00
  • >0.50kg = £2.75
  • >0.75kg = £3.25
  • >1.00kg = £4.00
  • >1.25kg = £5.00
  • >1.50kg = £6.00
  • >1.75kg = £7.00
  • >2.00kg = £8.00
    •
  • >25.00kg = £9.00 (DHL courier)
The Total amount for Postage will be given in your shopping basket / checkout page!

Alternative Delivery address

  • For orders £50 or less - UK customers only - can use an alternative delivery address! (ie work address)
  • NONE UK customers - ONLY Card Holder's / billing address can be used!
  • For orders over £50 - ONLY Card Holder's / billing address can be used!

you have a choice of 2 shipping options: (scroll down on the checkout page)
  • DHL 1-2 days Shipping option ! - UK Main land ONLY! - Standard £9 upto 25KG
  • If UK Offshore? choose 'DHL 1-2 days UK offshore' (British Isles & Northern Ireland) - Standard >25kg =  £12.
If orders are received by 11:30am, the delivery time is 1-2 days - Residential or business address!
Signature needed! - includes tracking facility! - UK Main Land Only!
Shipping Overseas options:
  • - Postage inside Europe AT £7 PER KILO
  • - Postage to outside of Europe costs £12 PER KILO.

FREE - This will be done automatically when ordering PIlgrim items for UK customers only! - Keep the default shipping option.

Pilgrim orders for overseas shipping
Postage to Europe - choose Pilgrim order to Europe'
Postage to outside Europe - choose 'Pilgrim Order to outside Europe'


 You will need to be there to receive your goods as a lot of the items will not fit through your letter box.

If you do miss the post, the postman will leave a slip to say he has missed you, and normally you will have to
visit your local post office or depot to collect the parcel.
Postage & packing costs of any goods not collected and returned back to us failing the above, will be deducted from your refund.
