Returns & Exchange Policy

We allow upto 14 days for items to be returned for an exchange or refund.
The following applies:
Goods & packaging must be in condition they were received in.
Refunds will only be for the goods & not the postage & packing costs!
Refunds & exchanges are only given on receipt of original merchandise & not before.
Refunds cannot be given on discounted items, unless faulty.
If the item is reduced because of the fault, & explained that this is the case – this item cannot be refunded.
Earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless faulty!

For Furniture orders

If this is an order (not from stock) these cannot be returned unless faulty.
If it is a stock item the furniture can be returned for a refund, the refund will be for the furniture only & not the delivery charge. returning the furniture will be at the customer’s cost. the furniture needs to be unused and returned in the same packaging it was delivered in.

Reporting faulty or damaged items

Website customers – need to contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order, to report an item is faulty or damaged. & need to be returned within 14 working days. We will ofcourse issue you an exchange or refund, including Postage & packing costs to and from us.
If the faulty item is not returned within 14 working days, we cannot refund for the carriage costs but the item will still be refunded!

For Furniture orders – you will be asked to inspect it thoroughly when receiving your delivery, and to sign for the goods received in good condition.

Shop customer’s – need to contact us within 7 working days, to report an item is faulty or damaged.

Warranties

Generally on most products that we stock have a 12 month warranty.

Please note we can not be held accountable for lost post, if this happens please understand we can only issue a replacement, or refund upon arrival of the original, or if the post office compensates the lost post.
Compensation cannot be claimed for untill 14 days (25 days international post) after the dispatch of the order. – not our policy but Royal mail’s!
(If you needed the item before hand, we could send one again but this would have to be charged for, then we would issue the refund on the original when it was returned, or compensated).
